Monty is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to community and family. Married with five children and three grandchildren, he enjoys both playing and coaching sports, reflecting a passion for teamwork and leadership.
With a remarkable 28-year tenure at the Government of Canada, Monty spent 4 years with the Prairie Farm Rehabilitation Administration (PFRA) specializing in drafting. The subsequent 24 years were dedicated to Indigenous Services Canada, where he gained extensive expertise in lands and trusts, specific claims/Treaty Land Entitlement (TLE), intergovernmental relations, funding services, and education.
For the past decade, Monty has been a driving force behind his own business. Within this role, Monty has significantly contributed to various education transformation projects, serving as an Education Consultant.
