Candiece Griffiths

Senior Consultant, Human Resources

Candiece has close to 20 years of HR experience in government, education, non-profit, and the credit union system. Her experience covers areas such as culture development, leadership development, compensation, recruitment, health & safety, policy development, and performance management.  

 Active in the HR community, Candiece has acted as HR mentor, and member of professional development and communications committees with Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) Saskatchewan. She is a current member of the regulatory discipline committee. 

 Candiece holds degrees in HR Management (with honours) and Psychology, and has earned the CPHR designation (top score on National Knowledge Exam). She has completed certifications in advanced workplace investigations, change management, leadership development, productive conflict, behavioural assessments, and job evaluation.    

 Outside of work, you’re most likely to find Candiece paddle boarding, doing yoga, enjoying an outdoor stroll, or cheering at a soccer game
