Operations Coordinator
The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting and coordinating the operations of Morris Interactive’s project work, specifically for Learning Services and for facilitated sessions in LINK Business Services projects, and will collaboratively work with the Career Transformation Program. You are responsible for managing various administrative tasks,
facilitating communication between consultants/facilitators, clients, and internal teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects. You are an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing processes and ensuring Operational efficiency.

Senior Consultant, Governance & Strategy
In response to increasing project volumes in our Consulting, Training and LINK Business services, we are seeking professionals with direct experience working with First Nations and Métis organizations, in addition to serving our private sector, governmental and non-profit client base.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

Candidate professional qualifications include:

Experience working with the First Nations Financial Management Board and familiarity with federal funding agreements/arrangements is an asset

This particular role is created for a full-time professional to join the Morris Interactive team.

Senior Program Instructor, NexGen Digital Readiness in Uranium
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Instructor to lead our NexGen Digital Readiness in Uranium Mining program. This position involves leading First Nation and Metis participants through an 8-week classroom-based course, designed to equip them with the skills needed for successful careers in the uranium mining sector, in partnership with NexGen Energy Ltd., a top uranium mining firm with offices located in Vancouver, BC and Saskatoon, SK. The Senior Instructor will lead the 8-week in-class portion of the NexGen Digital Readiness in Uranium Mining program. Upon completion, they will coordinate activities related to a 2-week practicum. This role involves working closely with students, community partners, and the project sponsor, NexGen Energy Ltd. As a senior position, this role will also support and work closely with the Program Instructor in overseeing the day-to-day classroom activities and instruction delivery. The Senior Instructor will collaborate with community partners and businesses to enhance the learning experience and facilitate employment opportunities in the uranium mining sector.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience working with Indigenous communities.
Demonstrated dedication to teaching, learning, and student success.
Knowledge of the uranium mining industry would be a strong advantage.
A degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field would be an asset or teaching certification.
Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in a relevant subject area with adult learners.
3 to 5 years of experience in preparing and delivering courses/lessons using diverse teaching strategies that cater to the needs of adult learners.

Senior Instructor, Career Transformation
The Senior Instructor, Digital Transformation is responsible for instructing the 8-week in-class portion of the program, conducting student interviews, and supporting students as required. The Senior Instructor will work closely with participants, community partners, and businesses to facilitate the Digital Transformation in Mining course.
Skills & Qualifications:
Demonstrated understanding and experience working with Indigenous communities

Understanding of the mining industry would be considered a strong asset
Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline from an appropriately accredited institution would be considered an asset
