This session is facilitated by Tracy Spencer, a registered social worker with over 23 years of experience in mental health and wellness. As the Director of Social Work at the University of Saskatchewan, Tracy leads groundbreaking initiatives like the USask Suicide Prevention Strategy and has delivered over 200 mental health workshops and trainings.
