Everything DiSC® Management teaches managers how to bring out the best from each employee on their team, whether it be improving current performance or maintaining a cohesive, and highly productive team. Participants will learn how to understand their own management priorities and tendencies as well as better read the styles of the people they manage. Managers who are self-aware of their strengths and limitations and can adjust to connect with their reports set themselves up to manage effectively in a competitive workplace.

Module 2 – Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict

Module 5 – Everything DiSC® Agile EQ

Module 7 – Performance Management

Performance management helps employees improve their results and reach their full potential. Performance management training help managers learn how to set performance goals, monitor progress, provide feedback and take corrective action. In addition, performance management training can also help managers create a motivating environment that encourages employees to go beyond their best. In this module, participants will be introduced to and leverage a goal setting tool to assist in setting goals together with those that they lead. They will also learn how to use this tool in the performance management process.
Module 8 – Change Management

Navigating change in the workplace can be complicated. In fact, many change initiatives fail to achieve their objective causing leaders to become avoidant or ill equipped to lead their teams through the process. In this session, participants will learn to manage change through a proven process consisting of alignment, communication, training and measurement of outcomes. Participants will also learn strategies for effectively responding to various employee reactions to change.
