Roger Billings

Roger is a seasoned business leader with a distinguished career spanning Fortune 500 companies, executive consulting, and elite academic institutions. He launched his professional journey at IBM Canada before rising to serve as the Canadian president of Nashua Canada Limited and Roneo Vickers Canada Limited. In 1984, he took the entrepreneurial leap, founding his own consulting firm.

A sought-after expert in leadership and management, Roger has been a faculty member at Queen’s University’s Executive Development Division and a highly rated speaker for the American Management Association, the Management Centre Europe in Brussels, and the Schulich School of Business at York University.

His impact extends to Queen’s University’s prestigious Leadership Program, where he guided sixty executives through a transformative year-long experience.
