• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol test
• Valid Drivers’ License is recommended

The Industry Sponsorship Program is about being a leader in Economic reconciliation.  By partnering with us, industry sponsors help create meaningful career pathways that provide a multitude of positive spinoffs for all parties involved. Our current sectors  include potash mining, uranium mining, and construction. Sponsors share our vision for a skilled and inclusive workforce, contributing to the success of our initiatives such as the Career Transformation in Potash Mining program.‍

The Nation Sponsorship Program is dedicated to fostering partnerships with Indigenous communities to support educational and career development initiatives. By collaborating with First Nations, Métis, and Inuit communities, we aim to create opportunities for individuals to gain valuable skills and secure meaningful employment.‍‍

We will work with your community to identify the best ways to support our programs, whether through financial contributions, providing resources, or offering employment opportunities to graduates.
