As Director of Learning & Development Services, Steve ensures the client’s experience is that of value and richness. Steve has a passion for creating work and training environments that enable all stakeholders to develop a deepening understanding of self, to assist them along a path of personal and professional success. Steve’s desire is that all the members of an organization have fundamental clarity about their place as contributing members of the global family and have a clear vision of their responsibility to act with fair and sustainable operational practices.
Steve has over twenty five years of experience in entrepreneurship, business development, team building and operations. As the Vice President of Sales, and General Sales Manager with Waymarc Industries, he has gleaned valuable lessons and experience in strategic planning, territory management and sales training. He has undergone training in advanced project management, procurement, warehousing management, and CSA warehouse safety. Steve has received certifications in ISO 13485 Medical Device Quality Management System, ISO 19011 Auditor, ISO 14971 Medical Device Risk Management and Everything DiSC Facilitator.
Steve is a Certified Leadership Coach (ICF), providing executive coaching for all levels of leadership (C-Suite, management, supervisors, emerging leaders). Through assessments and directed conversation, coachee’s are provided a space that is safe, yet challenging, with a focus on learning about oneself, and discovering veins of opportunity in complex situations. Steve’s commitment to coachee development includes the facilitation of self-made, actionable plans, formed to support the achievement of his client’s goals.
As a former member of the Canadian Armed Forces’ Royal Regina Rifles, Steve now volunteers for the Royal Canadian Legion and devotes his time to events such as Remembrance Day. He lives in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan with his wife Monique and their four children.
