Erica is a Chartered Professional Accountant with 20 years of experience working with small to mid-market companies, NPOs, government, and First Nations entities across Saskatchewan.  Over the years, Erica has parlayed a passion for the “people side” of business into a facilitation and consulting role; she enjoys working with clients in all industries to design and deliver fun, engaging training to enhance leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, team building, and strategy customized to meet unique organizational needs.

Drawing from many years of mentorship and workplace coaching experience (and plenty of humbling personal learning experiences along the way), she engages participants fully through integration of real-world examples and facilitating meaningful group discussion.  Erica also enjoys roles as a facilitator and session leader with CPA Western School of Business and sessional lecturer at the Edwards School of Business at the University of Saskatchewan.
