Keynote Speaker - Linda Epp

Linda Epp is a member of the Shíshálh Nation (Sechelt Nation), from the sunshine coast of British Columbia. As the Talent Sourcing Specialist  - Indigenous, with Talent Acquisition Services at ICBC, Linda uplifts Indigenous talent by recruiting and supporting professionals in ways that honour their needs, experiences, and culture. Her work helps build an environment that reflects the diverse Indigenous Peoples of British Columbia. Linda comes to ICBC with a varied background, including as a consultant in the development of ICBC’s Reconciliation Framework. A passionate activist and empathetic leader, Linda has spent much of her life working to bridge the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous perspectives and brings this passion and experience into every project.
