Mathew has 22 years of experience in leading teams, entrepreneurship, and business development. He co-founded the award winning, dynamic consulting firm Morris Interactive in 2003, continuing to lead the growth of the firm today. Their most recent award was the 2024, Canadian Institute of Mining Indigenous Partnerships award, recognizing their work in developing pathways to employment in the Potash Industry.  Operating on the core value that investments in people and relationships are what drive growth and success, the firm provides leadership development, strategic planning, business development, human resources, governance, facilitation, training, consulting, and advisory services. 

As the CEO of Morris Interactive, Mathew leads the development of a team that serves multiple industries including Agriculture, Indigenous, Mining, Oil and Gas, Industrial, Financial Services, Government, Healthcare, and non-profit organizations. His team has worked with over 230 First Nations and Métis organizations in North America, building relationships and connecting communities with industry and opportunities.

He is actively involved in community organizations like the NSBA, the Saskatoon Chamber of Commerce, board member of the Saskatoon Selects Softball, former board member of the Saskatchewan Trade and Export Partnership and he volunteers his time as a head coach in female hockey and softball. Involved in athletics throughout his life, Mathew incorporates values of resilience, team building, inclusion, perseverance, and respect into everything he does. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from the University of Saskatchewan and has achieved his ICD.D designation from the Rotman Directors Education program from the University of Toronto.
