Bernie is a sales and training professional with over two decades of experience delivering results across the pharmaceutical, waste management, and education sectors. Known for her drive and consistency, she has built a reputation for exceeding targets, growing market share, and leading with impact. Bernie began her career in pharmaceuticals with Schering Plough and WN Pharmaceuticals, where she consistently surpassed performance benchmarks in outside sales. She then transitioned into the waste industry with Loraas Disposal, where her ability to capture new business led to a substantial increase in market share. Her success earned her a promotion to Sales Manager, where she not only led her team to exceed targets but also revamped processes and mentored new staff, strengthening the organization’s overall performance.

In her most recent role as Corporate Training Director at Saskatoon Business College, Bernie continued to exceed expectations, bringing her sales expertise into the classroom to equip professionals with the skills needed to succeed in today’s fast-paced business environment. Driven by growth and grounded in mentorship, Bernie brings a wealth of experience to the Morris Interactive team. Her cross-industry knowledge, leadership mindset, and ability to adapt make her a trusted advisor and team player.
