As Events and Program Lead at Morris Interactive, Marci supports conferences and Career Transformation programs across Saskatchewan. She leads event planning and logistics from concept to completion, coordinating venues, accommodations, speakers, vendors, registrations, and participant engagement to deliver professional and impactful experiences. 

Marci’s strengths in program planning, project management, event coordination, Indigenous partnerships, and logistics help create meaningful experiences for participants from opening ceremonies through graduation. She works closely with Indigenous communities, organizations, and industry partners within the mining sector to strengthen relationships and create pathways to employment. 

A recent highlight was supporting the successful delivery of the NexGen Pathways to Your Future programs, where the majority of participating students secured employment with NexGen Energy or its contractors, demonstrating the program’s strong impact on workforce development and career advancement. 

Originally from northern Saskatchewan, Marci is passionate about helping students build confidence, develop skills, and transition into meaningful careers. Outside of work, she enjoys knitting, crocheting, spending time with her children and grandchildren, and cheering on her son at soccer games.
