If I don’t attend, will I get a refund?

To offer a more streamlined experience for all participants, we do not offer refunds.

Can I bring a friend or colleague with me?

Of course! As long as they have been registered at least 2 weeks prior and paid for their seat. (Unless the conference is at capacity).

Can I pay for my seat after attending the conference?

Sorry, your seat is only confirmed once payment has been received.

Can I pay by cheque or invoice?

To provide a streamlined registration experience, conference registrations are paid by credit card. If your organization requires supporting documentation or has specific payment conditions, please Contact us. We’d be happy to provide an approval package, including an estimate and conference agenda, and discuss your options.

Payment Terms and Policies

The Table Package price applies to the purchase of complete Tables (7 registrations).

  • Select the Table Package option at time of registration to receive the discounted rate on a complete Table (7 registrations).
  • Any additional registrations will be charged at the regular rate.
  • Full payment is required before any registration can be confirmed. Tables will not be held without payment.
  • Table Packages may be purchased by Credit Card or EFT and are non-refundable.

Refund & Transfer Policy

  • All Tickets are non-refundable.
  • Individual Tickets are eligible for transfer to another event provided a minimum of 14 days’ notice is received prior to the conference.
  • IMPORTANT: If a transfer results in a Table Package no longer consisting of seven (7) registrations, Table Package pricing will no longer apply.
  • Complete Tables of seven (7) purchased at the Table Package price are eligible for transfer to another event provided notice is received a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of the originally booked conference.
