Inspired by the Campfire Principle: Welcomed. Respected. Heard. Supported.
Date: November 3rd & 4th, 2026
Why attend this workshop?
This interactive two-day workshop gives managers and supervisors the confidence, practical knowledge, and ready-to-use HR tools to lead staff effectively and manage common workplace situations. What is ‘The Campfire Principle’?
Long before boardrooms and organizational charts, people gathered around campfires to share knowledge, solve problems, strengthen relationships and support one another. Great leaders create that same experience in today’s workplaces.
